I’ve lived in Rio Vista since 1997 and quickly fell in love with the Delta sunsets, the bridges to the islands, the surrounding farmland, and the small-town feel. It’s been a great place to raise my kids—and now my grandkids. The community is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to lend a hand. Over the years, the town has grown with new neighborhoods like Liberty and the addition of two 55+ communities, Trilogy and Summit.

I’ve been involved in real estate here since 2001. I started out working with buyers and sellers, but over time I saw a need for local property management. These days, I focus entirely on helping property owners rent their homes and connecting tenants with great places to live—and I love what I do.

Nicki Monk has called Dixon home for over 40 years and knows the community inside and out—from the local schools and parks to events and shopping. She loves welcoming new residents and helping them find the perfect place to call home.

Nicki earned her Realtor license in 2004 and has over 20 years of experience in buying and selling real estate. In 2016, she became a licensed Broker. Along the way, she’s also helped friends and family manage rental properties, which led her to join Distinctive Real Estate Services to focus more on property management.

I’ve been working with Linda in property management since 1999 and have been a full-charge bookkeeper for even longer. I became a licensed Realtor in 2002 and have proudly run my own bookkeeping business since 1998, serving a variety of clients.

Originally from Sacramento, I made Dixon my home in 1991 and have loved being part of this close-knit community ever since. Today, I’m happy to be the bookkeeper for Distinctive Real Estate Services, where I handle everything from owner statements and cash flow reports to year-end 1099s.
